Most brands have more IP leverage than they're using.
You didn't create something extraordinary just to walk away from it. Make it productive! I find the opportunities hiding inside intellectual property that you create — I bring strategy, deal structuring, and the insider's knowledge that comes from 30 years of being in the room where it happens.

I was in the room…
I was in the room, leading a major studio's first license deal with Netflix. I pushed for Netflix to require user passwords and to share aggregate viewing data since they guide pricing and programming decisions. Plus, info like that was routinely reported by movie theaters and Nielsen. Without foresight, other business objectives took priority. Password sharing was rampant, creators were blind to viewing insights, and an ecosystem unravelled. Password sharing only eased when streamers began using subscriber growth as a Wall Street growth metric, and a siloed, fragmented ecosystem emerged.
The industry changed forever.Working hard to develop digital streaming revenue, an executive who outranked me wagged his finger at me and said: "You need to stop. The future of digital is Blu-Ray Disc!"
It wasn't.After an RFP process I kicked off, a licensing agent proposed a deal that would provide $5–6M in annual turn-key revenue to a major brand company. The company never reviewed the proposal.
They were too busy.
"I've learned to see the moments that change everything — before they pass you by."
Billion-dollar mistakes happen in rooms full of smart people. The difference isn't intelligence — it's pattern recognition. It's knowing the ecosystem patterns that point to valuable opportunities, and the ones that destroy value because they get ignored. It's having someone in your corner who's seen it all go wrong, but knows exactly how to make it go right.
That someone is me.
What I Bring to the Table
Your IP is an asset class. Let's treat it like one.
IP Monetization Strategy & Transactions
You're sitting on revenue you can't see yet. I'll find it in assets you already own and build the strategy and deal structure to capture it.
Partnership & Deal Advisory
The right deal isn't the biggest — it's the smartest. I structure and close transactions that move the needle, not just the press release.
Strategic Counsel
A fresh set of eyes from someone who's been across the table from your stakeholders. I see what insiders miss because I've been an insider — everywhere.
The Track Record
Launched a digital distribution business from zero to $40 million.
Structured deals generating $30M+ in incremental revenue.
Generated for employers including Disney, DreamWorks, and NBCUniversal.
Yes, billions — with a B.
You Already Know These
The question isn't whether you're facing them. It's whether you're seeing the IP angle and opportunity.
Pace of Change
Markets shift overnight. Adapt or become a case study someone else teaches.
New Entrants
Someone hungrier is coming for your position. Your moat is your IP — if you know how to use it.
Fast Growth
Scaling exposes every blind spot. The operational gaps you tolerate today cost you millions tomorrow.
Shifting Landscape
Economic volatility doesn't pause for your strategy cycle. You need advisors who move at the speed of now.
Limited Resources
Budget, talent, time — pick two. Or find the leverage play that renders the constraint irrelevant.

Just comparing notes.
By filling out this form, you're giving us the green light to reach out if we see potential alignment. That first call would be with our founder, Christine Lawton, who spent years in the room at Disney, DreamWorks, and NBCUniversal. If there's revenue hiding in your IP, we'll find it. If there isn't, you'll know — and you'll walk away with a sharper lens either way.
The common thread? The value was already there. It just needed someone who knew where to look, how to structure it, and who to put it in front of.
